unfair charges on bank account

I opened a bank account with ING in 2012.Customer relationship number-[protected]. This year on 31st March 2017, their were multiple debits on my bank account a annual maintenance of Rs 862.5 debited twice for two different cards. One of the card registered on my name as per them i do not own this card. I have raised a complaint to them service request number SR#1-[protected]. After a call i have not received any update from them and its been more than 12 days. Bank account which i hold with them according to it there were no annual charges for debit card. I have requested them for reversal even with the customer care but their is no response from their end. I hope posting a complain here helps.
