Unfair baywood

banner took my 325 dollars and applied it to a balance they said i had in the past after taking my money without asking and not ever telling me why they took it they left a bad report in my credit and it is still there today the 325 was to do a biopsy of my lung and needless to say i never got it i should never pay a copay in advance as they asked me to do
