SSA automatically took $144 out of my account without my permission for the past 6 months. They said that it was for Medicare Part B. I Don't want Medicare. I never signed up for it. After 4 requests to stop, they still won't stop taking it or give me back my money. I am trying to file a lawsuit. User's recommendation: Make sure that they won't take any money out of your payments when you sign up for SSI.
