Unexplained charges

I got charged for a cut and shampoo and length add-on. I didnt get my hair shampoo or wanted length add-on. The stylist charged mr $33.00 dollars for service I didnt get or ask for. I went in for a express hair cut. The stylist is a salon leader and she is charging customers for services they didnt ask for or wanted.
