On 7/2/19 I hired one of their companies called Right Choice for 2 helpers for 3 hours. First off I went to give my review from their email and it told me it was already done. I did not complete the review. I wonder if the worker filled it out for me because he new I would leave a bad review. Very Fishy. Paid for 2 helpers. I had to babysit them the entire time. They were unexperienced in wrapping furniture properly. I had to show them. One worker was very nice but was on his phone too much. I told him I was going to take the phone away. He laughed. I grabbed it and he got the message. When it came to packing our Uboxes, if we were not right there they were not wrapping our furniture with the provided quilts good enough or at all. I made them unpack and repack. One worker copped an attitude. I told them he was not coming back. Their help exceeded the 3 hours by an hour and a half and I needed to pay them. I asked to have them bill me or send me an email. He said that was too much trouble and said I can pay cash. I did not want to pay cash without any proof. I said I would write a check. My opinion of Moving Help employees are that they are not experienced unless I had bad luck. I will never use them again and go for a real moving company that I can contact on the phone not just online. BEWARE!
