Until now, all my sales transactions with Money Metals Exchange has been smooth. The last two which included my wife (new customer) have been a nightmare. Using the US Postal System to deliver your product has to be one of the biggest mistakes your company has made. The US Postal System always has an excuse for their poor delivery skills. Covid this and Covid that is old and unacceptable. UPS and Fed X have no excuses and deliver on time. The orders are grossly over due and this should be an embarrassment to you and unacceptable to me. I deserve better service and a phone call to explain.
