Even though the fine print (on Groupon) stated 6-7 week’s production/delivery times, the Groupon advertisements stated if ordered by a certain timeframe delivery by December 21st was guaranteed! And on January 9th of 2018 the Bobbleheads finally showed up. That was the FIRST (primary) issue! Next up was the cost... where Allbobbleheads.com charged us an ADDITIONAL $100 to ship the 4 small figurines... and therein lies the main part of “seedy” business practice that will forever stain this supposed “business.” Lastly, when speaking (via email) to their “customer service,” they could have cared less about either of my concerns; even stating that they indicated they were ready to ship earlier, when in fact I had in possession previous emails FROM THEM indicating the opposite! Lastly, and as an “oh, by the way award” that belongs to Groupon, when they were approached with the concerns, the first Rep seemed genuinely disturbed by allbobbleheads actions, but her transfer to their Customer’s Always Happy Department only connected us with some seemingly careless “representative” that only restated for us to read the fine line. Which, to their surprise I had snap clips of both their online guarantee to have delivered by before Christmas, as well as the unexpected upcharge. Bottom line: neither Groupon nor allbobbleheads.com showed any interest in tending to these issues, even though we had documented proof of the infractions!
