When our home sale fell through, my husband was devastated cuz the VA failed to treat him such as pain medication, broken foot for a yr., etc. 3 days later my husband suffered a Basal Brain Hemmorage & was on life support. I informed the Remax agent on University Blvd. in N. Charleston his condition. I had previously fired her and advised her that since she failed to properly rep. us when she never explained the "0" termination fee & was working for the buyers by wanting us to release the $5000 Earnest money to the buyers & we incurred costs. I advised her that she was not allowed on our property to get the lockbox & sign. Someone else would have to come. The day we went to the hospital, she got the police to pick up her sign and lockbox & took my house key. Rude Broker backed the agent's unethical actions. It was inapproprate timing. They all work for themselves not for the public. Don't be fooled. She had the nerve to whine that she worked so hard & never got paid. I will never use a realtor again. They are a bunch of thieves. Karma is a *** STAY AWAY from this unethical company. Their CEO was hired from law enforcement. They are civil rights violators.
