The woman in charge is difficult to deal with. She had repeatedly publicly belittled her counterpart which makes placing orders awkward and painful to witness. Customer requests are dishonored and disrespected by that woman if she feels they are a waste of her time. She will not hesitate to voice her opinion or disagreement with customer requests in front of other employees and customers. Witnessing how she treats others projects poor customer server for the entire organization. AVI Food service could also benefit by practicing more environmentally conscious and ethical practices as far as food packaging is concerned.
