Unethical Policy

Virgin recently DOUBLED the monthly fees for pre-pay and because their policy is Prepaid is non-refundable... they are forcing you to stay with them preventing you to change until your credit balance is totally used up and for someone with $150 in credits, that could be a year. They could have increased the monthly fee 5 times and because of their unethical policy, there's nothing that can be about it.. Even CCTS can't help. User's recommendation: You are dealing with an unethical Co... you're been warned.
