Loan transferred to them (from e-trade...) as soon as we were discharged from bk ch13 - added $21, 000+ (yeah...) of unexplained "past due" payments since 2010 — - we were in bankruptcy!!! Have filed endless complaints: cpfb / colorado attorney general / dept of financial services... Nothing — - no answers. These agencies do not do anything...
