Unethical, False Billing

Bi-Country Water Supply ( 4094 FM 2254 Pittsburg, Tx 75686, 903-856-****) installed what looks to be a faulty meter that has been leaking since Day 1. They did not notify us at all of the leak (no calls, texts or emails) and have charged us for their error. We have called and emailed and have received no response to correct this error. We have sent them information which proves they over charged us for the previous bill, and possibly the one before that, and they have still not corrected the bill. Their error put our usage amount in a higher bracket so they could charge us more. This is apparently an ongoing issue with this company as the online reviews for them are often about them over charging customers and not correcting the bills. User's recommendation: Have a well dug.
