Unethical business practices and behaviour

2

On December 7, 2020, during my sixth or seventh call to this group of individuals I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor. I had been taken in circles and hung up on several times. No one was willing to provide answers about the status of the order. The guy I spoke with identified himself as "the supervisor" but refused to give his name. He told me the engine had shipped so I asked for the tracking number. He could not produce one. I informed him that the individual assigned to answer calls for the "parts" department could not provide a tracking number either and hung up on me two times. I accused the no name supervisor of lying and the sale being a scam. He became very upset, yelled at me not to call there again, hung up on me and then he made the hasty, rash decision to cancel order 363325. Now my credit card company, Chase, is requiring me to pay for a product I never received and for a frivolous restocking fee.
