I received 2 products (Alegro, brio) both the tracking #927489999830804513009125940 and# 92748999983084513009136113 no other papers or acct. # was sent with these products.. I called the company for instructions to return and cancel this acct. On 3/16/17 they told me to place # 39654 and #39657 on the boxes for return. The postal service provided a tracking # 9500116193227075077392 and #9500116193227075077408 these boxes where placed at the company reception on 3/18/17 at that time the acct. Would be canceled. 30 days later I have a credit card charge of $ 109. For products I no longer have, or even wanted for an acct. That was to be canceled, unethical, and unauthorized credit card charge.. Thank you c. Mcquestion
