My name is Mrs P Jinks, and like I have just read before writing this complaint it seems what I am contacting you about you do very often how come your company can get a way with such things? I am a Disabled lady who has also just found out I have Bladder Cancer, I filled in a survey on line for one of the big supermarkets and for doing so had to pick a free gift so to speak. There was only the one which I was interested in which was your trial for which all I had to pay for was the postage. But surprise surprise I have not received one item yet you have taken upon yourself to help your self to large sums of money from my Bank Account??Money which I could not afford to spend nor did I want to spend any money other than the postage for your sample item. But yet with out my consent or me signing a thing you 'ROB my Account of money I really really need for travel to go back and forth for treatment for my Cancer!! What sort of people are you?? would you do this to your own family?? your mates?? You probably would so I don't suppose you have many mates nor family members which want to be associated with you I know I would not want any one knowing I was related to people who could ROB people who have only applied or picked your sample trial due to doing survey's for other companies. I would like and expect a full refund as soon as possible I am totally sick of companies like yours and people like you that think you can do anything you like and every one will just take it, Well here is one lady who is not just going to let you get away with it and will carry on until I receive my money which you had no right to what so ever returned to my account.
