Unethical behavior – not fulling terms of our signed contract

Hired Sentry to manage our community in 2016 but in April 2021 the work they performed for our community was sub-par and we notified them we were not renewing our contract when it expired in September. Our contract is for full management services but they stopped performing the compliance duties specified in our contract in June but continue to charge us a full service monthly fee. Oakfield H.O.A
