Unethical and unlawful builder… non disclosure as required by law

Shea continued to sell homes in Trilogy Orlando knowing full well that they and the HOA were in court pending litigation... the Florida law requires disclosure and Shea did not comply. User's recommendation: Stay away from Shea... they are bullies.
