I have had a Merchant account for the last six months with Leaders Merchant Services and made a huge mistake by not reading the small print. Readers beware that they will charge a non-compliance fee for each month you do not fill out the compliance paperwork. $40.00 on top of the monthly fee. Also when you ask them to wave any of the fees they will not work with you at any length. I decided to cancel the account for lack of use and the high fees per month and little did I know I would get hit with a $350.00 termination fee. No they will not waive that fee either! They did not discuss the termination fee either. On top of the money complaints, each time I called i would be on hold at least 10 to 15 minutes before anyone could get to me and then get passed around to three or four different departments. I would not recommend this company to do any business Services. They are not good business people.
