Unemployment situation

I have called and called and called lwc concerning my weekly unemployment payment. Wait two hours on the phone. Only to have someone come to the phone. Ask you a few questions then hang up in your face. This happened four different times. I thought maybe it was a did function in the phone call but not when it happened four times. And I know they shouldve called back in that kind of situation. Something is not right at all. I wish someone could advocate for us people that need to contact our local unemployment agency.
