This has been horrible with EDD! I am currently on hold for 3 hours and they are about to close. I have not been paid in months and have verified my identity two times!!! Get your [censored] together EDD! We are struggling and you are not helping. People need jobs? Great! Open us some jobs at the EDD so the incompetent has some back up. This is the second time I have had to verify my identity with no resolution. The identity dept have cleared me so pay me!!! Why does it take so long? Hire more people!!!
