I went into the Red Lobster, on Friday September 18, 2020. The Legends Location, Kansas City, Kansas, I have not been in a while because of the food and and very good service, but I am a seafood lover and have been a customer of Red Lobster for over 50 years. I was happy when they returned to Kansas City, Kansas and frequented them regularly, but my going dropped of significantly. I always pass them by, when in the area, and remember how great the food and service used to be. I was hoping for something different when I went in on Friday, September 18, I was so disappointed and will never go again, I had a $50 meal, floor under the table was disgusting and my waitress was unconcerned, She never came back to see if I need more bread, but she did with a couple of the surrounding tables. I have lost all faith in the Red Lobster for it's food and service. This 40 year customer has finally learned her lesson.
