Hello. I just got off a flight from London to JFK on first class and this queue is a aweful. There is 1-2 security officers checking passports and I'm not even half way through the queue wasting 30 mins already. This is a joke. I have experienced this before at JFK and find that you are unorganised and understaffed a lot. Poor expeirence, please sort it out. Kind regards Dipen
