under interstate driving conditions how far should ford 5r55e go that you built?

I own a 2003 ford ranger that i put one of your remans in at 8067 miles the servo on the side housing broke you replaced no problem and i know trans shift i little hard at first and smooth out later.but i drove it 133,000 miles and it didn't stop shifting hard. now the rear sprag broke and won't backup and don't takeoff in drive must put it in 2 or 1 to go. the first trans went 301,000 mile before sprag broke.do you replace the sprag when you remanufacture your transmissions? i'm not hard on trans i don't toe may put furniture tv in the bed i feel it should have lasted longer if it didn't shifted so hard. i thought maybe it would take longer because i do a lot of interstate and the transmission don't be doing a lot of shifting. i know some people think 133,000 is lot of miles but miles add up fast on the interstate highway miles are different from city mile. should have lasted longer. i know the warranty is gone but a 5r55e will last without any mods so build them to specs and they will do fine.
