Undelivered shoes

I ordered shoes months ago and they were never delivered. Even though I received an 2 emails, one stating that I returned them then asking me to write a review on how I like the shoes. I have emailed KFL customer service several times and no one has gotten back to me. I used a gift card and now there is zero balance. These shoes were for my kindergartener. I am very disappointed and extremely upset with the lack customer service. Please resolve this situation.
