I ordered a movie on 3/29/18, here it is 4/10/18 & I still haven't received it. The charge was taken from my bank account. Upon placing the order I was sent a text message confirming shipment. I received an email saying to expect my movie within 10 days. I have sent numerous emails about the status of my order, no response. The only email they did respond to was that tracking information wasn't available & that it had been shipped via USPS on 4/2/18.
