I have been waiting for a chemo approval that I have had before for brewer cancer brain tumor problem. They continue to delay and deny they say they can’t find the appeal and I am still without treatment of a very serious problem everyone I call denies the deniial and appeal where do u go from there? Horrible company to treat a stage 4 breast cancer like that! Florida miami
