I bought a defective watch from Breitling and after a log battle which seems to be useless, staff customer comment are no doubt the worst I have seen in my life, no one bother to respond to emails and commitments are done over the phone and nothing in writing, despite several reminders over the last few months I have still not received a response from the factory how professional and brand worth are you breitling, I would only rate it with recycling companies whom are more professional than the world branded watch maker who has no shame
