Unclear/MISLEADING policies

Advertising all over their Toronto website telling you to take the car on long road trips and not telling you the KM limit is 150km PER TRIP, not per day. Website was changed when they 'caught' the mistake and the kind lady working there actually called to make sure I knew what the fees would be - likely because I'm not the only one who experienced this misleading info. I read the website several times and did comparison shopping and felt i was very clear on the terms. They charged me $200 for extra kilometers and then just did not respond to my request for a refund or partial refund. Also did not refund me for windshield wiper fluid.
