Uncaring attitude!

We were in the storm hurricane Florence. I called to get an extension and explained my situation. All the person on the other end said was can u pay some on it now. I had just told him we had no lights and had to go to a shelter. He had no compassion. When I pay off my account. I am done with US cellular. You have the rudest customer service ever!!!!!
