Unbelievably poor

2 days for a package to get to the UK from the USA, brilliant. Unfortunately the next email said more information was required from the importer (me). 'More information' is not very specific and despite several messages via their woeful website which got zero responses I am still waiting to find out what that information might be. The company who shipped with FedEx, whom I shall not name, have been excellent in trying to help me; FedEx however appear to be on holiday or bust because no one is answering my questions. Hopefully bust as then I will never have to wait for another parcel which they are supposed to be delivering.
