10 months since my accident.Bought this travel insurance through Trafalgar Tours. Never received refund-constantly requesting more paperwork already submitted with return receipts.Received paperwork but do not respond. I am elderly.Am on social security.Desperately need my $2,100 refund. These people don't care and after about 10 phone calls,still no refund. They say it will be sent out in two weeks.Never Comes. Will be contacting an attorney. Buyer Beware!!Most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
