Unbelievably bad service. And they will lie to you.
I live where there is no other Internet service, speed connect Was my only choice. I have been without Internet service for 5 of the last 7 weeks. No adjustment on my bill. When I call tech service, I have to wait up to an hour to talk to somebody, only to be told they're working on it. 11 years without an upgrade to my equipment. When I ask they say the equipment is still good. Now that I'm leaving they're telling me just to throw the equipment in the garbage. So obviously they have been lying to me. One more thing, their offices are only were open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. No help on the weekends no answering machine Nada!
