I looked through my transactions on my bank last night and saw a £15 payment to WLY*COMPLETESAVE I looked it up as I had never even heard of the company *and* I never enter my bank details on anything I've used the contact form on the complete savings blog with the email [protected]@outlook.com to inquire about the issue As I said there, if complete savings won't cancel my *unauthorised* account and provide a refund, I will be taking up this issue with my bank
