Unauthorized transactions 4th attempt no resolution

Asked the lake howell location to freeze my account in person the first week of June - I was leaving out of town for work for 6 months ... I was charged $20 the following month , I’ve called 2x after that because I’ve been changed $60 total .. no email from retro , no phone call back like they said from their “finance department” I’m being given the run around and quit frankly I would humbly ask for my refund of $60 to my card linked to my account. Thank you
