Somehow I got switched to them without my knowledge. I throw all the letters that come with AEPs letterhead trying to get me to switch. Luckily AEP sent me an email about the switch and I had time to call and cancel. I'm glad I did. From the reviews I've seen here it is a good thing I didn't get stuck with them. So sorry for everyone else who has to deal with their crap. I have been very happy with AEP and have no reason to switch. I am more concerned about how someone switched me over to them in the first place. Makes me concerned about my details. Will be monitoring things very closely from here on out!
