I was sent an email stating I must sign in and give my credit card information to cancel an automatic renewal, which I cancelled weeks ago. I didn't fill out the information, but if they run a charge through my account, I will dispute it. User's recommendation: They are scammers. They have your information and it looks like they try to renew without your permission.
