Dear Big Fish Games I am a big fan of your company because of your great games until I bought one game from you last December 5, 2015 and then from the month of January 5 and February 5, 2016, I am charged with games I never bought! Please see attached file of my Paypal invoice and credit card bill. If you guys want your company to last, please stop using sneaky tactics to rob your honest customers like me. I trusted you guys to protect my account and you abused me. Because of this incident I demand a refund and please I do not want this to happen again.
