In April 2021 This individual claimed he was being arrested by the Russian authorities for not answering a Draft Notice to join Military conscript and would go to Jail. His only way out was being a full time student at St Petersburg University where he lived. He was crying and onsite... and said he spent the week in a local police jail for several days... and only had two days to get registered as a full time student.
