Location: Crystal Springs Terrace Apartment 2000 Crystal Springs Road Building 10 San Bruno, Ca 94066 The vehicle#: CA400024 with plate number: 33138D1 Complaint: the vehicle was parked on a RED zone on Building 10. We tried to find the driver, but the vehicle is un-attended. We had a hard time backing up due of this vehicle parked behind. ADVISE: Next time do no park on the red zone. Avoid parking behind the residents cars.
