Unauthorized debit from my account

After ordering form LTD Commodities I started seeing monthly debits in the amount of $14.95 from my account from LTD Perks. This was NEVER authorized and I'm furious that LTD would take my credit card information for a one time purchase to use as a monthly debit. This is fraud and a scam!
