I ordered the chef basket and was under the impression only $14.99 + shipping and servicing fees would be charged. After clicking "no thanks" to all upsales online, it showed my card had been charged $55. I was unable to confirm or cancel my request. I called in on a Tuesday because the cs dept was not open on the weekends, and demanded all of my money refunded once the product was returned. After the rep continued offering partial refunds and me asking to speak to a supervisor, I was promised the entire refund including the processing fees. After returning, I was only refunded the product price. I called back in to the cs dept and was told it would take another 7-10 to have the rest of my money refunded. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told right away that she was not available because she was in a meeting and of course she would call me back within 24 hours. This company is ridiculous and is trying to get anything that they can. They obviously wanted me to go on without noticing that it wasn't a complete refund. It's only $20, but the whole way this process has gone from the time it was ordered to each call I made has been terribly shady.
