This product trial was ordered in Feb. 2010, but cancelled. A confirmation email was requested, but denied as this was not possible. A second call in March to have this cancelled again brought no satisfactory email confirmation. Deductions disputed at the bank to prevent deductions. A follow up call on 8/5/2010, with CSR Jessica, was not accepted, due to fast talking trying to sell an extension, and refusal to accept teh request AGAIN for cancellation and reverse of another $86.94 deduction. Speaking to a supervisor Liz, also brought some rough shod fast talking to sell a special discount rate. Threat had to be made to get a confirmation email to confirm cancellation of any orders, and get a cancellation of deduction. Bank dispute has to be declared again.
