Unauthorised charges on my account

Your online company Debited my account on 13th March 2020 for £7.95 & on the 15th April 2020 for £7.95 each time!!! I have not downloaded any game to warrant these charges so why has this happened?? Can you look into this & advise me why or refund me as soon as possible for the full amount of £15.90 (7.95 x2) Look forward to your early response Regards
