I've never used this service before, nor had any idea of what this was. I am far from Singapore, and I get this random charge on my card that takes away 60NZD (New Zealand Dollars) from my balance. I'm in a dire condition right now. I would like my money back. Its diabolical to even think one can just hack or use somebody else's card from the other side of the planet. It's just frustrating, especially in this dire situation, the COVID-19 outbreak is doing so much harm, and we as human beings just can't stop ourselves from harming another. I'm overly concerned for the safety of my personal details and my credit card being exposed. This 60NZD charge could turn into a bigger one if not stopped. I called my bank, and had them pause my credit card. Next is your part, to do the right thing. Thank you. I hope to hear from this team in order to get my money back.
