Unathorized purches

Target didn't do anything to help my situation. I called to report a unauthorized charge on my cashapp card that was did at target and target told me there was nothing they could do about it. Crazy how this happened cuz I don't even shop at Target User's recommendation: Let target be your last option for shopping.
