unathorised transaction

Credit card transaction appeared 24/7/12 (transaction date 21/7/12) BLZ_ENT*ONLN STORE [protected] for $82.35. Also been told by my bank that there is still another transaction to be processed by the same company. Have had credit card cancelled, and need to dispute the transaction. Looking online, this seems to be happening a lot.
