I recently placed 2 separate orders. One was delivered and the other has not been. I have reached out MULTIPLE times now to get an order update. It was placed on May 14. When I first reached out they responded right away but with the wrong order information. When I told them it was the wrong order and requested info again for the other order I didnt receive a response. I have been trying to get in touch now for over a week with silence on the other end. User's recommendation: Beware before placing an order.
