I have had to replace the microphone in my START hearing aids every year at a cost of $250 per aid. They quit working just after the warranty I purchase. When they work, they are pretty good but mine have been sitting on the dresser now for over a year because I just can't afford to keep getting them repaired. For the thousands of dollars spent on this product, I expect it to last a lot longer than just 12 months. This is very unacceptable. User's recommendation: Do not purchase these from Economy Hearing Aid Centers in Oklahoma.
