Unacceptable Customer Service/ Warranty Issues

All, As of 3 October 2019, I have been waiting for 1st extended to approve my claim. Today is 22 October 2019 with no resolution. I spoke with an agent today and kept getting the round around from another supervisor. I have spoken to 3 supervisors and over a dozen agents.
