Unable to use website for months

Ever since Winkflash has come under new management, I haven't been able to sign into the website using any number of devices and browsers. Either my sign in is declared incorrect (even when copying and pasting the login information provided to me within a minute of receiving it) or the sign in page is "unavailable" for an attempt at logging in. Despite the higher prices, I wanted to try the "new" Winkflash, but it's really difficult to give them a chance when I cannot even use the site! Also, their customer service dept has been no help. I hate to say this, since I was a devoted customer of the "old" Winkflash... but these issues are driving me to use a different company for my photo service.
